Finding ways to save time, money and be more efficient is something we can all get behind. Even if you’re only cooking for yourself or you and a partner or roommate, cooking and meal prep can be really time consuming. From planning your meals to grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning up, and packaging your food, the time can add up, and it seems to be a never-ending cycle. If you’re a small business owner, chances are you’ve heard how important it is to build your email list. Relying solely on social media to reach existing and prospective customers has its limitations, whereas your email list is an asset you actually own. The key lies in how to grow your list. When you’re feeling down, doing much of anything to boost your spirits can feel daunting. Ever since I left my corporate job to work for myself, I’ve started cooking WAY more. I’m home during the day, making it easy to meal prep, start on recipes early, and defrost or marinate food as needed. I cook at least 4 times a week, and try to find recipes that yield lots of tasty leftovers so that we’re set for lunches without extra work. Not every recipe is a winner, but I’ve found some trusty sources for meals that are both healthy AND delicious, and that are pretty hard to mess up. (Which is always key!) Since I’m often asked…
